Cheers on the Choptank Sponsorship Opportunities

From the waterfront sunset to the packed dance floor, Cheers on the Choptank is all about bringing people together and celebrating the spirit of Cambridge. Sponsoring this event helps Proudly Cambridge continue building community through local events, partnerships, and initiatives year-round.

Proudly Cambridge is excited to host the second annual Cheers on the Choptank at the Cambridge Yacht Club on June 27, 2026. Cheers on the Choptank is our yearly Pride party on the water, bringing together music, dancing, sunset views, sparkle, and the kind of joy that makes Cambridge feel like home.

Over the past year, Proudly Cambridge has grown into a community of more than 1,100 followers on Facebook and has brought hundreds of people together through monthly events, local partnerships, storytelling, and community initiatives that celebrate and support Cambridge. Cheers on the Choptank helps make that work possible.

Funds raised through this event directly support Proudly Cambridge’s monthly events and community-building efforts, helping us continue creating spaces where people feel welcome, connected, and proud to call Cambridge home.

We are also thrilled to continue supporting DoCo Pride, the Dorchester County chapter of the DelMarVa Pride Center, as our 2026 Q2 nonprofit partner. A portion of the proceeds from Cheers on the Choptank will again be donated to support their work in our community.
